As a PM, you will be the voice of the user to the product’s stakeholders. To get everyone on the same level of understanding, you will need artifacts that can convey the user’s worldview.

Many great products fail due to bad design. A product solving all the pain points of the user will still need to be perfectly designed so that the user can actually use it. You will understand how to build products with a design that keeps the user in focus.
